Individual Therapy

Therapy can be the space where you stop managing and start connecting—with yourself, your past, your relationships, and what you really want.

I support individuals who are navigating:

  • Persistent anxiety or internal overwhelm

  • ADHD-related frustration, shame, or disconnection

  • A pattern of pleasing others while ignoring themselves

  • Emotional flatness or unprocessed grief

  • The desire to feel more present, real, and understood

Couples Therapy

Relationships are where we long to feel most connected—and often where we feel most misunderstood.

I work with couples—including LGBTQ+ couples—who are facing:

  • Disconnection or emotional distance

  • Communication breakdowns and resentment

  • Cycles of avoidance, criticism, or reactivity

  • Infidelity or ruptured trust

  • Loss of intimacy or relational clarity

Together, we’ll slow down the cycle and reconnect with what brought you together in the first place.

Therapy for Men

Many men I work with have been told—directly or indirectly—that emotions aren’t safe, helpful or ‘productive’.

They’ve learned to cope by shutting things down or pushing through.

In therapy, we create space to feel more and to understand the parts of yourself you’ve had to hide just to fit in.

You don’t need to have the words. You just need to be willing to start.
