Welcome - If you’re here, something in you is ready for change.

You might look like you’re holding it all together—but inside, you feel stuck, anxious, or disconnected. Maybe you're the one people count on, but you're not sure who supports you. Maybe you’ve been managing for so long that slowing down feels unfamiliar—even risky.

This is a space where you don’t have to perform, fix, or figure it all out on your own.

I specialize in working with individuals and couples who are ready to move beyond old patterns—people-pleasing, emotional shutdown, overthinking, perfectionism—and toward something more real: deeper connection, clarity, and self-trust.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, ADHD, or the lasting effects of trauma, therapy offers a place to reconnect—with yourself, your emotions, and the parts of you that haven’t had room to breathe.

  • Struggling with anxiety, overthinking, or a constant sense of unease

  • Living with silent depression, low motivation, or emotional numbness

  • Managing misdiagnosed or untreated ADHD, feeling scattered or overwhelmed

  • High-functioning but emotionally disconnected, burned out, or stuck in “auto-pilot”

  • Feeling trapped in people-pleasing, perfectionism, or fear of conflict

  • Dealing with grief, trauma, or unresolved pain from the past

  • Navigating life transitions, identity questions, or feeling unsure of who they are

  • Caught in patterns of self-criticism or imposter syndrome

  • Using substances or gaming to cope, disconnect, or feel in control

  • Seeking more authenticity, clarity, and emotional freedom in their lives

Many of my clients are high-functioning, thoughtful, and deeply capable—but they’ve learned to survive through perfection, performance, or emotional distance. It makes sense. But it’s also exhausting. Therapy can help.

I work with individuals who are

I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and respect. I’m trained in psychodynamic and EFT therapy—which means we’ll look at what’s happening beneath the surface: old patterns, relational wounds, and the parts of you that have been working overtime just to feel okay.

But it’s not just insight. It’s about real connection. I show up in the room with you. I’ll challenge you when needed, hold space for the stuff that feels hard to say, and walk alongside you without judgment.
